Are you ready to reach your goals? Are you looking for accountability partners, a little more challenge and a chance to improve your overall health? Transform 180 is a small group training class led by a certified personal trainer. Each 60 minute class will use components of cardio, strength, flexibility and endurance to help you reach your fitness goals. Be encouraged and inspired by your trainer and fellow participants. Each participant will have the opportunity to have an Inbody analysis, participate in physical assessments and receive a T-shirt upon completion.
